I love the calendar as a whole (my sister has one which is what inspired me to get one) but was disappointed the pen that came with the calendar was dried up and did not work. I wrote Kikkerland requesting a replacement pen but received no response. I purchased replacement magnetic dry erase pen on Amazon but can’t find something as fine-tipped so they don’t work well with the calendar. While I’m sure this is not the case for everyone, I unfortunately give 2 stars for poor customer service and a defective product.
