Delivery

An order placed before 15:00 CET will be shipped the same day and delivered within max. 5 working business days (depending on your country). Goods are shipped from Rotterdam, NL. We deliver throughout Europe with DHL and inform you by email when the delivery will take place via a track & trace link. If you’re not at home, the order will be delivered a second time. After the second time, the order will be delivered at a pick-up point close to you.

Shipping to Netherlands (NL) & Belgium (BE):

  • Delivery time: 1 - 2 business days
  • Delivery cost: €4.95
  • Free shipment above: €30.00

Shipping to Germany (DE), Luxembourg (LU), France (FR), United Kingdom (UK):

  • Delivery time: 2 - 4 business days
  • Delivery cost: €9.95
  • Free shipment above: €30.00

Shipping to Italy (IT), Spain (ES), Austria (AT), Denmark (DK), Ireland (IE), Portugal (PT), Poland (PL) and Sweden (SE):

  • Delivery time: 2 - 5 business days
  • Delivery cost: €19.95
  • Free shipment above: €50.00

Shipping to Rest of Europe (None of the countries listed above):

  • Delivery time: 2 - 5 business days
  • Delivery cost: €30.00
  • Free shipment above: €75.00

How do I make a return?

Is something not right or are you having second thoughts about your order? You can return your product(s) within 14 days of delivery. Products need to be returned unused and in the original packaging. To return your product(s), simply follow these easy steps: 

  1. Visit our returns portal: https://kikkerlandeu.com/pages/returns
  2. Fill out the return form using the email address you used to place the order and your KEU order number. 
  3. Select the shipping option that suits you best. 
  4. Check your email for a confirmation of your return. 
  5. Print the shipping label and ship your return to us. 
  6. Once our warehouse has received and checked your return, we will process it as soon as possible and issue a refund or voucher. 💰

Important information/requirements regarding your return

  • A returned product must be unused and packaged in its original Kikkerland packaging. 
  • The product(s) you are returning must be securely packaged in outer packaging. If possible, please return your product(s) in the same outer packaging that your order was delivered in. You are responsible for the product until it is back in our warehouse. 
  • It is not allowed to attach the return label directly to the original product packaging.  
  • You will receive free shipping for you return your full order. Otherwise, you will have to pay for the return label. 
  • Is your product damaged? Please let us know by selecting ‘Product damaged’ as reason for return. You will then be asked to describe the damage and upload a picture of it. This enables us to review the situation and provide the best possible assistance.

Exceptions to returns

Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. These include:

  • Products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, which are not prefabricated, and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person.
  • Products that spoil quickly or that have a limited shelf life.
  • Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Products which, by their nature, are irrevocably mixed with other items after delivery.
