The connection between the base piece that mounts onto the handlebars and the phone holder piece is loose. It moves around going over bumps. A little disconcerting when there is an $800 plus phone in there. Found that there is a screw that connects these two main pieces together, but it is just screwed into plastic, not a receiving nut of any kind. Trying to tighten this screw just resulted in the screw stripping the threads in the plastic. So nothing is tightened and it actually feels a little looser. Other than that seems to work well basically.
