I purchased this kit at a local bookstore, and I really wish I hadn't. The wax was incredibly difficult to grate, and I went through two cheese graters doing two of the three because the wax left such a thick coat on them that they wouldn't grate anymore. For the third one, I just melted the rest of the wax in the oven without grating it. It took me forever to clean the cheese graters, as well as my cookie sheet because the wax from the parchment paper stuck to it. I have no idea how the finished products will work because I haven't tried them yet, although I've purchased similar ready-made wraps before that I've liked. Lesson learned: stick to buying books at bookstores and only buy ready-made beeswax wraps wherever they are sold!
