Very sturdy, but too sturdy to bend
Hands hurt after trying to use it

Unfortunately I can't recommend this phone holder as it was not able to support my phone at any angle or elevation. Thought it was a really good idea and would be handy for my gf, but when we tried to set it up holding a Samsung s10 it just wouldnt stay upright at the clamp end. Tried it on multiple table thicknesses and surfaces with the same result. If anyone from kikkerland reads this the arm is perfectly strong enough but it definitely needs a stronger clamp as it barely can support its on weight, don't think it was a fault with just mine as it seems the spring is just not strong enough. Nice Idea though
