Stopped working after a few months

I bought this a few months ago and it seemed to work. Now the needle is stuck between dry and moist and does not move any more.

Likewise, needle never moved. Doesn’t work.

Works Great

I bought this a year ago from a retailer and still use. Its fantastic, the fact that I cannot buy it here speaks volumes to its popularity that I had to find it on other sites to gift it to others for Christmas.
