The hook used to hang this is very flimsy and arrived broken off. Not a big deal to glue back on but not sure why such an important component wasn't secured firmly.

Need further guidence

I got it in London last year and planing to place it somewhere in my garden. Looks very nice but Im in doubt why are most of the holes sealed and just few open for insects to go inside? Can someone explain the idea behind. Aron
