It is so quiet

Terrible customer service, I reached out to cancel as soon as I ordered as I ended up finding the item closer and cheaper and never got a response. I then called, was told it was impossible as someone was picking it to ship as we speak. Fine. Two weeks go by, I’ve been charged, and sent a tracking number that doesn’t work the day I called to cancel. I finally call back to see what’s going on and I’m told it was actually cancelled the day I called and requested but no email or anything letting me know it was cancelled. I asked about the status of my refund and was told I wasn’t charged since it was cancelled. Had to convince them the charge went through when I ordered so I will need my money back. Received an email in two days later saying my refund has been sent. No other info. Wait another two days for it to finally hit my bank account. Will never do business with them again. Worst experience I’ve had in a long while.

Really disappointed, I bought these cards on a trip and the 9 of hearts had a duplicate and there was no 8 of hearts. I would really appreciate if you responded with what I need to do to get the 8 of hearts.

I’ve had this deck of cards for close to 15 years now and they’re still in perfect condition. Definitely recommend them to anyone, survived high school, college, and now adulthood.

Great deck of cards. My original set is over 15 years old. Very durable!
