Two of them broke right away

Bought one at the science museum store and it broke before we got to the parking lot. Took it back for a replacement and the new one broke by the time we got home. Both just started repeating the first word/sound on loop instead of continuing on.

Replaceable Battery?

Bought this at NASA gift shop. The display card says the battery is replaceable, but there are no instructions. How do I open it to change the battery?
