I still have not received all the items I ordered and no one will respond to me!

These convertible neck pillows are extremely cute. However, if you are thinking of a gift for a child, think again. They are larger than a small child's backpack. The whale, pictured below, is over a foot long, and almost was tall and wide. Also, the conversion process takes longer and is far more tedious in reality than in the online video. Grandma is extremely sad, but she must return these items.

Ordered 12 zip and flips as St Nicholas gifts for my grandchildren. Received 2 boxes on Sunday Nov 28. One box contained 3 items the other contained 8 items. I immediately emailed Kikkerland, still haven’t gotten a response. Called the company and spoke with a representative who said they would expedite my problem. Still no response. CUSTOMER SERVICE is a problem. Would have given zero stars if possible
