This is the privacy statement of Kikkerland Europe B.V. (hereinafter referred to as: “Kikkerland”).
Kikkerland sells designer items to companies through various websites, kikkerland.com, kikkerlandwholesale.com and kikkerlandeurope.com. This also involves the processing of personal data.

In addition, your personal data shall not be retained for longer than is necessary for these purposes, unless retention or further processing is required by law. We shall request your prior consent for the processing of your personal information, unless we have a legitimate interest in processing your personal information without consent. Newsletters
Once you have become a customer or indicated that you are interested in a collaboration, you will receive the newsletter to keep you informed about Kikkerland products, special offers and fantastic gift ideas. We will ask you for your e-mail address so that we can send you these newsletters. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each e-mail. Once you have unsubscribed, we will delete your e-mail address from our mailing list as soon as possible and within no more than 4 weeks.
Your Data at Kikkerland Europe B.V.
When placing an order or requesting orders through Kikkerland’s webshops, by e-mail, fax or phone, you must provide your company name, first name and surname, your phone number and e-mail address as well as your billing and delivery address. If you or your organisation completes orders, we may also ask you for your bank details in order to arrange the payment.
The personal data you enter will be retained until you ask for all data to be deleted. In that case, the data will be deleted within 3 months, insofar as there is no other legal retention obligation in relation to such data.
Customers’ personal data:
Company name, first name (including of managers), address, phone number, e-mail address, payment details, data concerning activity on the website, data concerning surfing behaviour about the website, web browser and device type, communication and information recorded in chat or CRM.
The personal data you enter will be retained until you ask for all data to be deleted.
We do not use automated decision-making.

We also use cookies on our website. Cookies are small information files that are stored by your browser or application on the hard disk of your device.
Functional Cookies
We use certain functional cookies to allow the website to function. These cookies remember that you have logged in, for example, so you do not need to log in again on every page.
